By using Boby's Garage ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using the App

Boby's Garage is a car-spotting game where you identify and collect cars using your phone's camera. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Use the app while driving or in any way that compromises safety
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, XP, or game mechanics
• Reverse-engineer the car recognition model
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app

4. Your Content

Photos you take remain yours. By uploading photos to the app, you grant us a license to store and process them for the purpose of car recognition and providing the service. We may use anonymized photos to improve our recognition model.

5. Virtual Items

XP, levels, badges, and collected cars are virtual items with no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify the progression system at any time.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app running smoothly but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, missed catches, or inaccurate car identifications.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
